Mobility programmes

The exchange programmes are generally planned, for stays abroad during the third term (Q3) or the third and the fourth term (Q3+Q4), the corresponding partner universities are listed below. The second option (Q3+Q4) includes writing and defending the TFM at the host university. 

 

ATENTION: It is recommended to check the dates and information related to different courses, directly on the websites of the host universities because they might have changed during the course.

Procedures of enrolment to Chalmers

The candidates selected by IS.UPC will receive instructions from the host university concerning the required procedures and documents.

Deadlines for procedures of enrolment:

Application procedure at CUAS

Once selected and nominated by the ISST, the candidates will receive an e-mail with a letter of admission from the Erasmus Office of CUAS and with a link for the digital enrolment. It is necessary to fill in this form online.

The letters of admission are sent in the middle of June for the autumn/winter term an in the middle of December for the spring/summer term.

Deadlines for applications:

  • Autumn Term or full year: May 15th of the year corresponding to the autumn term.
  • Spring Term: November 15th of the previous year.

Once arrived in Cologne, the following documents have to be presented immediately at the international office, in order to undertake the enrolment:

  • Letter of admission
  • Certificate of health insurance or European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
  • 1 passport photograph
  • Confirmation of arrival/departure
  • learning agreements

Master Thesis (TFM)

Students that want to write and defend their master thesis (TFM) at NTNU have to find a supervising professor and contact directly the chosen department or can delegate this task to the NTNU together with their application. Nevertheless, it is more difficult to be accepted, if the applicant has no supervisor at the time of application for the exchange. MSC Programme KTH - Science in Sustainable Technology

    Documents to submit:

    • Academic certificate that indicates the passed subjects at the university of origin
    • Certified copy of the passport, national identity document or identification card indicating the nationality. The documents have to be valid.
    • Recent passport photograph
    • learning agreement, signed, certified and with the selected subjects
    • Letter of nomination signed and certified by the coordinator of mobility programmes of the master

    All these documents have to be uploaded to the system. Furthermore, they have to be sent via mail (in paper form), within the following deadlines:

    • Autumn term: April 15th of the year corresponding to the autumn term.
    • Spring term: October 15th of the previous year.

    Important footnote: Applications will only be considered, if the KTH received the complete documents in paper form. Documents that arrive outside the application period or are incomplete will not be considered.
